We celebrate Star Students in first grade!  Here is our overview for your special week:

Monday: Share your "It's All About Me Tee"

Tuesday: Bring a joke to school to tell the class

Wednesday: The class will make a special book for you!

Thursay: You will choose our wiggle break!

Friday: Bring 3 items to school that tell about you to share with the class!

BIRTHDAYS

*Please NO food for birthdays. 

We will make this day special for your child.  Some students choose to bring in little gifts for the class such as pencils or stickers!  We look forward to celebrating! 

SUPPLY LIST

1 backpack

1 Primary Writing Journal (Draw Top/Lines Bottom)

2 packs of 24 count Crayola crayons

4 Dry Erase Markers (Expo Black Fine)

1 Pink Pearl large eraser

3 Elmer’s glue sticks (.77 oz)

1 yellow highlighter

12 Ticonderoga pencils (sharpened)

1 pencil box (5.6 in x 8.4 in x 2.5 in)

1 pair of kids’ scissors (5 inch)

1 old sock or dry erase board eraser

2 folders (bottom pockets – choose your own design!)

1 pair of headphones (no earbuds, please)

1 snack and drink packed for each day of school

*Last Name K-R 1 large bottle of hand sanitizer 

*Last Name S-Z 1 container of Clorox wipes 

 IMPORTANT: PLEASE ATTACH A LUGGAGE TAG (OR SOMETHING SIMILAR TO IT) TO YOUR CHILD’S BACKPACK OUTLINING HOW YOUR CHILD WILL TRAVEL HOME EACH DAY FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
